I have trained clients for 12 years as my bread and butter. Personal training is not a hobby for me. It is my career. It pays the mortgage, the bills and puts gas in the car. With that being said, at the time I created the Shatterproof Spine outline, I had worked with numerous amateur golfers that exhibited low back pain.

After reading some of the research on joint dysfunction and low back ailments--particularly from Dr. Stuart McGill and Shirley Sahrmann --I was prepared to try what I have learned on my clients. It wasn't enough for me to simply know the research...I had to apply it to my clientele and come up with my own conclusions.
